S3 of Sabah Al – Ahmad City

Located in Sabah Al Ahmad City, PAHW is looking for an investor to develop on a plot area 40,121 m² a traditional Souk, optionally a Business Centre and minimum three star hotel. The investor will undertake the design, financing, Construction, operation, maintenance and transfer these facilities to Authority at the end of the term of the Project (35 years)

Services during Bid Stage:

• Preparation of Project Management Proposal
• Assisting the Investor in the selection of different Consultants and Contractors, including Design, Legal, Financial Consultants, EPC, and FM Contractors.
• Follow up and close coordination between all involved parties during the preparation of the Bid Documents.
• Compiling the proposal and ensuring general compliance with the RFP requirements.
• Overall coordination to ensure uniformity and consistency in the completed Bid Document ready for printing.
• Supervise the printing and compiling activities of the selected printing press company
