Investment Opportunity (Q1) – Retail Centre and Fitness Centre in Qairawan Area

The Project to be located at block (2) of Qairawan Area. Which is primarily dedicated toward welfare housing. The Project consist of two (2) separate buildings one for the Retail Centre and one for the Fitness Centre. The two Buildings are separated by a public parking with a total land area of 5,655 sqm.

Services during Bid Stage:

• Preparation of Project Management Proposal
• Compiling the proposal and ensuring in general their compliance with the RFP requirements.
• Extensive coordination between all involved parties (Consultant, EPC & FM Contractors) and general review of the Technical Bid document to ensure uniformity and consistency in the completed Bid Document ready for printing.
• Supervise the printing, compiling activities of the selected printing press company.
