System Development Project Management (SDPM) is a multi-disciplinary management consulting firm for Construction Projects in Kuwait and overseas, offering professional and technical services right from economic and financial consultancy and the preparation of feasibility studies, value engineering through to the management of design, construction and maintenance of facilities, technical support and technical advisory services.
We undertake professional services such as Pre-Design, Design and Construction Management of Building Projects comprising Health Care, Commercial, Mixed-use developments, Infrastructure etc. The firm is also fully capable of taking up consultancy services for claims management, management of the projects on Design, Build Operate & Transfer (BOT) & Public Private Partnership (PPP).
Also, SDPM is well experienced in the operation, maintenance and Facility Management of buildings and facilities including preparation of tender documents, tender management, operation and maintenance, all in accordance with the international standards.
