HEALTHCARE MANAGEMENT SERVICES
We provide Healthcare Management Services comprising medical planning and programing including preparing functional space program, room data sheets, general furniture and medical furniture, general equipment and medical equipment, preparation of specifications, bill of quantities, design review and supervision of these works.
FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
Since 2011, we have ventured into Facility Management Services providing a complete solution for the operation, maintenance and management of the Client's facilities by undertaking smart Facility Management services integrating Cleaning, Security, Help desk, Staff training, Energy conservation, CAFM software applications, Assets management etc.
COST MANAGEMENT
Under the scope of our services, we prepare cost estimates for different stages of the project, such as Planning, Design, Construction, Operation, Maintenance, Variation Order negotiations and Claims evaluation. To meet these tasks, SDPM team liaises with the client, A/E and other parties involved. Budgetary and detailed cost estimates are prepared supported by necessary quotations. We have prepared extensive cost estimates and necessary guidance will be taken from our past experience and project history. As a part of our services, we first develop the Master Budget for the project and then keep updating as and when any changes take place during the stages of design and construction.
CLAIMS MANAGEMENT SERVICES
It is very important to detect problems or work hindrances before they impact the progress of the project. We are familiar and well experienced with the methodology to effectively present or analyse claims involving such matters as acceleration, loss of efficiency, site access problems, interference, material and labour shortages, defective plans and specifications, etc. We provide to our clients the full scope of services related to the prevention, analysis and preparation of construction claims.
TECHNICAL ADVISORY SERVICES
SDPM provides technical support services for short, intermittent, continuous or periodic assignments which may be needed by the private or public sector to fit with the size, budget and nature of each project. TRANSACTION ADVISORY
Expert services are provided on investment, mergers, acquisitions etc. to optimally deliver on Client objectives deriving prime value from the transactions. Projects implemented on BOT (Build, Operate, Transfer) and PPP (Private, Public Partnership) need such services by an expert who undertakes feasibility studies, economic and financial studies to ensure effectiveness of the investment and returns expected from the project.
