The New Al Jahra Hospital consists of the Main Hospital Building (1200 beds), Dental Center, Central Plant, Two Car Park Buildings (2900 cars) & Substations complete with Infrastructure, roads & landscape. This hospital is a general hospital complimenting the existing Jahra Hospital.

• Review Contractor’s program of works and advice feasibility and shortfall
• Monitor progress and compare with program
• Review monthly payment application
• Assist CBK to review technically, the Contractor’s application for L/C and loans
• Assist CBK for Contractor’s account closing procedures
